System Properties Event Log page

Functionality:

1. "Events" ComboBox: selects log to view from Registry EventLog source information Key
2. "File" CheckBox: enables viewing log file as opposed to NT system log; checked and disabled on Win9x, in which no system log is present; otherwise switches from NT EventViewer log to xxx.SLG log file
3. "RemoteNT" button: to view NT system log on remote server, NOT YET IMPLEMENTED
4. "Print..." button: prints contents of ListView (current log)
5. "Clear Log" button: empties log by Clearing NT log or deleting xxx.SLG log file, depending on status of "File" CheckBox
6. Apply button: refresh displayed information
